Smelly Wetsuit Boots

If any of you are suffering from smelly wetsuit boot syndrome (which I have been up until recently - and in fact Nic's were particularly potent!!), then a trick we have come across is to fill them with clean water and leave them overnight. If they are a bit more overwhelmingly strong, then leave them longer and top up as needed.

Hopefully you can say goodbye to throwing up stentch of stinky boots :)

  1. To be honest I put mine in the washing machine on a gentle wash 30 in a tied up pillow case. Seems to do the job, not best for longevity, but stops them walking to beach by themselves. ;)

  2. i ve just put mine in a bucket of domestos ( tiolet bleach) it should kill the bacteria then I will flush them out under an out door tap well and truely turn them inside out to dry by the boiler and maybe suffer a nasty rash during next sundays race. i have learnt to scream quitely to myself when i got petrol soaked in my shorts
i should be ok :-0 the boots donno??
